Able Buildings offer a choice of building systems:

The popular cold-formed steel C-Channel portal frame system for buildings up to 30m wide and 8m high;
The unique heavy-duty pre-welded webbed roof truss and column system that allows us to offer CLEARSPAN widths to 60m wide and 9m + high.

All Able Buildings building kits come with pre-drilled bracketry and frames so that buildings are simply bolted and tek-screwed together on site to a printed plan.

Most of our buildings are supplied with high-tensile steel cladding in Corrugated or High-Ridge profile with a TCT (Total Coated Thickness) of .42mm on Wall Cladding and .47mm on Roof Cladding.

Most of our buildings are supplied with Double-sided Roof Sisalation to help prevent condensation problems that occur in un-lined sheds. In our case, this is held in place by OSH-recommended zinc-coated Safety Mesh that helps "future-proof" the building in the case of future maintenance requirements.

All our buildings are supplied with heavy-duty footing bolts to attach the main columns to the concrete foundations. We do not recommend or supply "dyna-bolt" type fixing bolts that can cause damage and weakening of the foundations.
